External Third-Party Platforms

- Esports Recruiters & Partners: When you explicitly apply to an opportunity on the Jobs Board or enable scout contact on your profile, your dossier information and contact email are made accessible to the prospective organization.
- Infrastructure Service Providers: We utilize reputable cloud and database hosting infrastructure (e.g., Supabase for database persistence and authentication, Vercel for hosting) bound by strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law to protect platform integrity or user safety.
Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS in transit and encrypted data storage at rest via Supabase SSR).
Notice: While we take comprehensive technical precautions to secure your data, no internet transmission is 100% immune to vulnerabilities. We advise against submitting sensitive personal information (such as government IDs or passwords) inside open project deliverables or candidate notes.
